About this role

An architecture, landscape, and urban design studio is seeking a project architect to join their dynamic and friendly team of 50. You will oversee a part or phase of a large London housing scheme, progressing projects from design through to planning and construction. The studio is well-established, recognized for urban regeneration schemes, and fosters a supportive, social environment that encourages career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small team on feasibility, concept design, planning, and technical delivery of quality housing projects.
• Oversee a team and liaise with clients and authorities.
• Collaborate extensively on design ideas.
• Utilize 3D modelling in Rhino and/or 3DS Max.
• Produce information using Microstation and/or Revit.

Skills and Experience

• Qualified Architect or equivalent with demonstrable experience in UK residential projects, including regulations and standards.
• Experience across all RIBA project stages.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen design eye and a portfolio of high-quality work.
• Self-motivated, eager to contribute and learn within a talented team.
• Proficiency in Microstation, Revit, and Rhino is ideal; training will be provided.
