Due to new opportunities and a strong pipeline in defence and government sectors, we are recruiting Architects to join our specialist teams. You will lead various challenging projects across the UK, collaborating with international multi-disciplinary teams to create sustainable and impactful designs. Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of schemes in defence, government, and related sectors from inception to completion.
  • Developing pragmatic design responses aligned with client briefs, considering site opportunities and constraints, and integrating climate, context, and culture.
  • Preparing feasibility studies and collaborating with other disciplines to validate designs.
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams through project stages.
  • Supporting business development through bid writing and stakeholder presentations.
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Communicating schemes via sketches, CAD, and advanced 3D software.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Architect – ARB or RIBA member.
  • Experience in defence, government, or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong conceptual design skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
