About The Role:

A boutique, design-led studio known for their sensitive adaptive re-use projects are seeking a talented Architect to join their collaborative and welcoming team in London.

Within the role, you will work closely with a team of talented designers, across a range of projects including workplace, mixed-use and commercial. The ideal person will have worked on projects through all construction stages and will have previous experience in the retrofit sector.

This is an opportunity to join a highly creative studio that work with major global names and play a significant role in a people-focused environment. They are based in a bustling and exciting part of town and offer career development opportunities, and a good benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and contribute to the design process through all stages
  • Aid design reviews with management team
  • Production of packages through various stages
  • Coordination with external consultants and wider architectural team
  • Collaborate with the wider team with full involvement across projects

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Registered ARB Architect
  • Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
  • At least 5+ years of post-graduate experience
  • Experience working on projects through stages 3-6
  • Exposure to retrofit schemes
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
