Our client, a growing architectural practice based in Worthing, is seeking a Project Architect to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, primarily within the residential sector.

The Project Architect will be based at our client's offices in Worthing. The company is rapidly growing and has recently secured multiple projects, so they are looking for a Project Architect to work closely with the Director on design tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-Part III experience and be able to start immediately in this busy environment. Residential experience is highly advantageous due to the large portfolio and upcoming projects. The candidate should also be capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Proficiency in Revit is essential, as it is the primary software used by the company.

Project Architect Position Overview

• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Discuss project ideas, objectives, requirements, and budgets
• Work on residential, commercial, and retail projects of various sizes
• Assess building needs and advise clients on practicality
• Collaborate with team members and work independently when required
• Create high-quality designs for diverse projects
• Meet with professionals and clients to establish project briefs
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for design and documentation

Position Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Architect
• Motivated with a strong work ethic
• Residential experience is highly advantageous
• Proficient in Revit
• Reside within commuting distance of Worthing
