Overview

Conrad Consulting are currently in partnership with an AJ100 practice, seeking a Project Architect with approximately 2-5 years of post qualification experience to join their office in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

The practice have become a prominent force in the architectural industry throughout the UK and internationally, with offices in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Featuring consistently in the AJ100, the practice prides itself on developing and supporting Architects to realise their full potential.

Due to an increase in workload, the Shrewsbury office are now seeking a Project Architect with approximately 2-3 years of post qualification experience to join their talented and ambitious team. You will be presented with the opportunity to work on highly notable projects, in a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial and more. An Architect with both design & technical capabilities will be required for this position. Job running experience is essential for this role.

Working Arrangement

The practice have embraced the hybrid working model, currently employing a working week consisting of 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. Mondays and Thursdays are core office days, with the third day being your choice. If you would prefer to work in the office 5 days a week that is also absolutely fine. The practice also has an office in Birmingham, so time can be shared between the two offices if convenient to you.

Responsibilities

• Work on highly notable projects across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial and other sectors.
• Apply both design and technical capabilities to project delivery.
• Manage project running as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Part 1-3 qualified and ARB registered.
• Chartered member of RIBA.
• Approximately 2-5 years post qualification experience, ideally within a private practice and preferably in the UK.
• Experience on projects within the mentioned sectors, with a particular focus on Healthcare being beneficial.
• Excellent organisational skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary in the region of £38,000-£45,000, alongside a competitive benefits package.
