They are on the lookout for an experienced Project Architect to lead on a range of projects for their residential team based in Sheffield.

Duties

• Deliver on a range of refurbishment, newbuild, and reclad schemes
• Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
• Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
• Produce detailed drawing packages using RevitSkills and experience for the role of Project Architect

Qualifications & Experience

• ARB registered
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on residential projects
• Job running experience
• Experience working across RIBA stages 3-6 in particular
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Sheffield area
