This opportunity would be ideal for a Project Architect with a strong background in residential architecture and confidence using Revit in a live project environment.

Package:

£40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Office:
London studio (with flexible hybrid working)

Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

Duties:
✓ Lead residential projects from early concept through to completion
✓ Develop detailed Revit models and coordinated drawing packages
✓ Engage with consultants, local authorities, and project stakeholders
✓ Attend design team meetings and site inspections
✓ Prepare and present planning and design documentation

Requirements:
✓ Proficient in Revit with demonstrable project-based experience
✓ Background in residential or mixed-use housing projects
✓ Skilled in managing design development and technical coordination
✓ Confident communicating with external teams and leading meetings
✓ Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
