This Nottinghamshire practice takes on a number of unique projects across a variety of sectors. In your new role
You will be running and managing a single project that includes performing duties such as:

  • Developing and reviewing building plans in collaboration with design and architect teams
  • Estimating project costs and budgets
  • Consulting with clients
  • Managing relationships with contractors and vendors
  • Developing and overseeing schedules and timelines
  • Managing site planning and compliance



What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Architecture or related.
  • Strong leadership and written/verbal communication abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Revit and knowledge of other relevant softwares.
