We are looking to appoint a talented Project Architect to join our Nottingham office. You'll be part of a welcoming, design-oriented team working in a modern, well-equipped workspace.

As a Project Architect, you will collaborate closely with the team, delivering exciting programmes of work across sectors to include education, healthcare, residential and leisure. You will ensure successful project delivery across all stages of RIBA. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service while delivering creative and technically excellent solutions for our clients.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include

  • Produce, manage and control the project brief, fees, costs, programme, and deliverables.
  • Involved in all aspects of the design, detailing, specification, and coordination of projects, with assistance from senior members.
  • Leading on some smaller projects.
  • Communicating with the client and all members of the project team at all times.
  • Organise and chair meetings and project reviews where necessary.
  • Working in a multi discipline environment and leading coordination for the project team.
  • Keeping the project director or senior architectural lead informed at all times and seeking advice / support whenever required.
  • Ensuring the team understand and comply with all relevant legislation related to the project.

About You

Our ideal Project Architect will have:

  • RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration.
  • Post qualification experience across varying sectors.
  • Ecellent experience using REVIT and proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Ability to model and produce design and working drawings to a high standard.
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong team player and confidence working independently.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Great understanding of sustainable design solutions.
  • Good knowledge of current technical standards and regulations.
  • NBS Chorus experience.
  • Passion for design and the built environment.
