Job Title: Project Running Architect – Data Centres / Commercial Infrastructure

Location: Hybrid (UK-based)

Are you an experienced Architect with a passion for complex, high-performance environments? We are seeking a Project Running Architect with a strong background in data centre and/or large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

In this key position, you will lead projects across all RIBA stages, playing a crucial role in the design and delivery of high-value, technically challenging schemes. You’ll be responsible for project coordination, client liaison, consultant collaboration, and ensuring high standards throughout all phases of delivery.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ UK-based architectural experience
• Proven project running experience across multiple RIBA stages
• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Experience in data centre, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• ARB registration preferred
• Degree in Architecture or equivalent (essential)
