Anderselite is seeking an Architect with multi-sector design and technical experience. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrable knowledge of Education, Commercial Office, Defence, or Healthcare project delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with the Bristol Studio Architectural Management team to develop and enhance the Architectural capability within the team.

Key Tasks:

1. Become integral to the multi-sector design offer, collaborating with other disciplines to develop and secure key opportunities.
2. Assist with bidding opportunities in the UK and overseas sectors.
3. Develop the Architecture brand in the region through quality delivery and innovative design.
4. Support the development of design quality within the business.
5. Contribute to increasing the volume of work won and successfully delivered.
6. Engage in developing design talent and performance within the team.
7. Support the Architectural Management team in business growth and achieving financial targets.
8. Undertake the role of Project Architect across a varied portfolio of design projects.

Qualifications:

• Registered Architect with recognized experience in Multi-Sector Design and technical delivery.
• Experience with relevant design standards in Education, Defence, and Healthcare sectors.
• Background in process and delivery for projects within successful, evidence-based design systems.

The ability to build strong client relationships based on trust and understanding is essential. You should have experience in leading teams, with excellent attention to detail, efficiency, and quality. Strong communication skills with clients and professional staff are required. The role demands independence, competitiveness, and ambition. ARB Registration and preferably RIBA Chartered status are required. Proficiency in REVIT is essential.
