Project Architect
Award-Winning RIBA Chartered Practice - North Leeds (LS17)
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our prestigious, award-winning RIBA Chartered architectural practice, based in a picturesque semi-rural location on the outskirts of North Leeds. Our medium-sized, well-established practice is known for its exceptional design quality across a diverse range of high-end residential projects, including bespoke contemporary new builds, luxury private homes, and sophisticated renovations and restorations.
As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of a variety of exciting and prestigious residential projects throughout Yorkshire and the North East of England. This includes working on bespoke, contemporary designs with a focus on high-value properties, some of which are valued in the millions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, overseeing all stages of design, and maintaining the highest standards of technical quality and client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for managing your own projects, guiding them through all RIBA work stages, and collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and support junior staff, helping to nurture their growth while advancing your own career within a forward-thinking, creative practice.
Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience, in the range of £37,500 to £42,500
