An RIBA-chartered practice in Hertford is seeking a talented Project Architect with a strong creative flair to join their dynamic team. Specialising in projects across the retail and residential sectors, the team offers comprehensive services from project inception to completion. The practice emphasises a collaborative approach, bringing client-focused designs to life with exceptional creativity and precision.

Responsibilities, Experience and Skills for the role of Project Architect:

1. Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
2. Confident liaising with clients and contractors
3. Enjoy managing a small team
4. Mentor junior team members
5. Happy running projects from inception to completion
6. Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
7. Must be proficient using AutoCAD
8. Must live within a commutable distance of Hertford
