This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, design-led architecture practice in South London, known for creating thoughtful, sustainable homes and spaces with real care and attention to detail.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being involved throughout the full architectural process, from early ideas through to site and completion. You will be joining a close-knit, supportive team where your ideas will be heard, your progression will be encouraged and your contribution will make a genuine impact. If you are looking for a practice with strong values, a healthy working culture and the opportunity to grow within a respected studio, this is a brilliant role to explore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage residential projects through all RIBA stages, with a strong focus on technical design, construction and project delivery.
  • Take ownership of project coordination, ensuring design quality, programme and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Produce detailed drawing packages, technical information and construction documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to design development, technical problem-solving and well-resolved project outcomes.
  • Attend site meetings and support projects through construction and completion.
  • Work closely with the wider team to deliver thoughtful, sustainable and high-quality architectural solutions.
  • Play an active role within a collaborative studio culture that values creativity, learning and open communication.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum three years’ post-Part 3 experience within a UK architecture practice.
  • Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages, particularly Stages 5 and 6.
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership of project responsibilities.
  • Experience on smaller-scale residential projects would be advantageous.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • 37.5-hour working week with no expectation of overtime.
  • Annual discretionary bonus scheme.
  • Extended winter office closure in addition to annual leave allowance.
  • Profit share and company share opportunities for long-serving employees.
  • Clear and transparent progression pathways.
  • Enhanced family-friendly and personal policies.
  • Regular studio socials and networking opportunities.
  • Supportive and inclusive South London studio culture where everyone’s voice is valued.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an Architect who wants to join a practice that offers more than just interesting projects. You will be part of a design-led studio with a strong reputation for residential architecture, sustainability and workplace culture, while gaining the chance to take ownership of meaningful projects and continue developing your career in a genuinely supportive environment.
