We’re hiring for a Project Architect to join a BCorp-certified, employee-owned architecture and interiors studio in Waterloo. Known for its creative flair and down-to-earth team, this practice delivers design-led, high-end homes, boutique hotels, and sensitive heritage refurbishments – with project values up to £40m.

Your Role

• Lead bespoke resi and mixed-use projects from early concept to site
• Take charge of technical design and detailing
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Produce drawings, visuals, and models across stages 1–6
• Support junior team members and collaborate across disciplines
• Work in AutoCAD and Revit (plus Adobe + SketchUp)

What You’ll Need

• ARB registered, with 2+ years post-Part 3 UK experience
• Confident leading projects (especially Stages 2–4)
• Experience in high-quality residential, hotel, or conservation work
• Technical design & delivery skills to match your creativity
• Strong communication – able to build great client relationships
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit a bonus
