Project Architect

We are currently recruiting for a talented Project Architect to join a well-established multi-disciplinary practice based in Cambridge that works throughout the UK designing and delivering projects that range in value between £5m-£30M. Our client has a diverse portfolio, so the successful Project Architect will get the opportunity to work on residential, sports & leisure, student accommodation, and extra care projects. The successful Project Architect will work across all RIBA Stages, so experience across all Stages is important. Our client is a Revit-using practice, so prior experience with the software is important.

Project Architect Job Overview

1. Liaising with clients and stakeholders
2. Work on projects across all RIBA stages
3. Run projects
4. Produce high-quality drawings on Revit
5. Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses
6. Going to site and producing various reports
7. Produce high-quality designs

Project Architect Job Requirements

1. Good knowledge of Revit
2. ARB or RIBA Chartered Architect
3. Project running experience
4. Experience working across all RIBA stages
5. Live within a commutable distance of Cambridge
