My client is an exciting start-up at the cutting edge of deep learning, applied to algorithmic trading. Their world-class team of data scientists, financial experts, successful entrepreneurs, and seasoned technology leadership is at the forefront of AI. They are based out of HARROGATE & LONDON with travel weekly between offices and are now looking for a PROJECT & OPERATIONS LEAD to support the CEO.
The Role
This hybrid role combines project management, operational and strategic support to ensure the CEO can focus on high-level decision-making while maintaining seamless business strategies. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, adaptable, and highly detail-oriented, with experience in project execution.
Requirements
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive problem-solver with experience in start-ups, finance, or technology. This role requires a meticulous organiser who thrives in high-pressure environments, operates with absolute discretion, and seamlessly balances strategic thinking with attention to detail.
Project Management: Own critical initiatives, track deliverables, and keep things movingData Driven: Results-oriented, you’ll be the driving force behind getting things done, aligning the big picture with flawless execution using Gantt Charts and other PM methodologies
Operational Support: Manage schedules, meetings, travel and high-level communications with confidence
Strategic Support: Deliver insights, high-level and more detailed Board reports, research, presentations and informed solutions. Analysing strategic initiatives and the production of strategic overview presentations.
Operations & Efficiency: Optimise workflows, liaise with stakeholders, and streamline processes
Key requirements
·Familiarity with financial and data tools, experience with Excel and financial modelling
·You must be able to work in the UK
·Hybrid working with weekly travel between Harrogate & London
