The Role:
You’ll analyze service design to prevent homelessness and reduce temporary accommodation. You’ll manage projects and contribute to strategic approaches for reducing households in temporary accommodation. You will also improve efficiencies and develop innovative cross-departmental working methods. Resident engagement is key; ensuring their expectations are heard and involved in service changes. Your role promotes a Grenfell legacy that learns from the tragedy and enhances our services.
About You:
Experience in project delivery, workshops, and change initiatives within housing is essential. You should be skilled in customer insight, report writing, and collaboration. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for community help are required. A relevant degree or equivalent experience, plus a project management, business analysis, or change management qualification, is necessary.
