Job description

We are the final stage for complaints about the NHS in England and public services delivered by the UK Government. We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.
Our service is free for everyone.

About the role

The organisation is undergoing a significant change programme. Through the Operations directorate at PHSO, you will provide proactive and flexible management support to enable smooth implementation of change.

You will use your organisational skills and knowledge of operational casework to manage the delivery of key change activities in Operations. Supporting the Assistant Director, Policy & Service Quality, you will help manage this change and collaborate with project managers, SROs, and work package leads to develop and deliver change and project plans. You will also maintain key documentation and templates related to major change delivery.
