SENIOR PROJECT ANALYST - FAST GROWTH PE BACKED MANUFACTURING GROUP

Robert Half are proud to be the retained search partner to this fast growth, complex manufacturing electronic hardware group based in High Wycombe. Due to an incredible growth story, continued investment from a global investment backer with an impressive track record and a driven, ambitious FD, they now seek to recruit a hands-on, dedicated Project Analyst to manage and oversee the project costings, procurement spend, manufacturing costings, pricing and performance of a key new contract they have won. This is a major development for the group, and as such they would like someone with experience of project costings, good analytic skills and natural partnering gravitas.

Duties:

  • Month end Project Accounting, including revenue recognition, cost write off, accruals & prepayments
  • Monthly re-forecast of full year revenue, cost and profit
  • Preparation of monthly reporting to key stakeholders to support monthly project reviews
  • Preparation of reporting to customers as required
  • Prepare annual budget for both NRE and R&D projects
  • Act as R&D business partner; supporting the business units and engineering department understand its monthly actuals, project run rate of costs, labour efficiencies
  • Understanding of both US GAAP and IFRS Revenue recognition and support financial audits
  • Support with engineering bids/pricing as required

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A highly competitive base salary of between £45,000 and £70,000 P/A based on experience
  • A performance related bonus of up to 10%
