Job Description
Part-Time Project Administrator (22.5 Hours per week)
Permanent | £18,000 actual salary (£30,000 FTE)
Location: Remote with regular travel & Initial onboarding in Birmingham City Centre
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our client's team on a part-time job share basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of technical service delivery across a range of projects.
You'll work closely with our Project and Accounts Executive to support services across various business streams within a technology organisation. While you don't need a technical background, an eagerness to understand the work and attention to detail are essential.
Working Hours:
Option 1: 3 full days per week (9:00am-5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break)
Option 2: Monday to Friday with condensed/flexible hours
Initial Onboarding: 2 weeks (in-person) at Birmingham City Centre offices
Location: Primarily remote, with regular travel required (e.g. for meetings, training or occasional on-site coordination)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the delivery of client projects
Maintain project timelines, schedule meetings, and track progress
Liaise with clients to confirm project details and provide regular updates
Prepare project documentation and support quality delivery
Share responsibility for managing quotes, invoices, and payments
Collaborate with colleagues to uphold internal processes and flag issues proactively
