Our client is looking to grow their operational support team with the addition of a Project Administrator based at their Head Office in East Hull. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the construction sector.

About the role:

As a Project Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of various projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Gathering detailed specifications from clients
  2. Processing applications and inputting data accurately onto systems
  3. Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers
  4. Maintaining up-to-date records relating to ongoing projects
  5. Producing comprehensive information packs for clients
  6. Compiling warranty documentation and providing after care support where needed
What we're looking for:
  1. Previous administration experience, ideally in a company with links to the construction industry
  2. Strong organisational skills and an attention to detail
  3. Proficiency in a variety of IT systems including Microsoft Excel
  4. Confident communicator to liaise with customers and internal departments
