Job Title: Project Administrator (Full Time, Permanent)

Location: Port of Liverpool, L20 1HB

Salary: Starting £29,120.00

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, (40 hours per week)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Administrator, your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Monitoring the accuracy of daily project job sheets and risk assessments from site staff
  • Issuing and recording company documents distributed to staff
  • Assisting with general customer enquiries via phone
  • Liaising with site staff and other departments to enhance project delivery
  • Scanning and organising project documents to network folders
  • Time Sheet Management (electronic system)
  • Assisting Directors
  • Managing databases and spreadsheets
  • Tracking company fleet and recording employee time off
  • Handling other general administrative duties as required

Key Skills & Attributes

We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a solid level of IT knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and colleagues
  • A disciplined approach to workload management and problem-solving
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
