The Company

This highly respected organisation comprises engineers, architects, and sustainability experts working together to deliver forward-thinking solutions across the built environment. As a B Corp, Social Enterprise, and Employee Benefit Organisation, they reinvest profits into research and social impact - offering employees not just a role, but a meaningful purpose.

The Role

As Project Administrator, you'll work closely with both the Project Delivery and Central Teams, supporting commercial, compliance, and financial processes across large and small projects. You'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, facilitating subcontractor onboarding, and ensuring compliance in line with project and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support accurate timesheet and subcontractor reporting
  • Prepare invoices and expenses
  • Maintain up-to-date trackers and compliance documents
  • Ensure audit-ready project filing and record keeping

On Smaller Projects:

  • Provide hands-on support across project setup and compliance
  • Monitor and input subcontractor documentation (IR35, H&S)
  • Manage timesheets and financial documentation
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Prior experience in project support or admin, ideally in engineering, architecture, or construction
  • Experience using ERP systems (Rapport3 or similar)
  • Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent numeracy
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
What's in It for You?
  • Hybrid working (minimum 4 days in London office)
  • 9-day fortnight flexible working scheme
  • Private medical insurance & life assurance (4x salary)
  • Enhanced pension scheme
  • Cycle to work and wellness benefits
  • Access to 24/7 GP and Employee Assistance Programme
  • Opportunity to work for a purpose-led, socially responsible employer

This is a great opportunity to join a team that values inclusion, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. If you're a proactive, organised administrator ready to contribute to meaningful change in the built environment, we'd love to hear from you.
