Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Managers and wider delivery team
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, schedules, and reports
  • Update and manage project databases, trackers, and filing systems to ensure accurate records
  • Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions
  • Liaise confidently with site-based team members, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support with raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and monitoring project budgets
  • Track project progress and highlight potential risks or delays to the team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role (ideally within an engineering, construction, or project-based environment)
  • Confident in communicating and building rapport with site-based operational teams
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn
