Job Title: Project Administrator

Job type: 6 month contract / full time hours / 3 office days per week

Salary: £32,000

Start date: Immediately

Summary

This role will be responsible for supporting the Eylure Product Development team with administrative duties and project management tasks on New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects. The nature of the role requires a flexible approach to work with strong organisation and communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

The Project Administrator reports to Senior Product Development Manager / Head of NPD and will work in co-ordination with New Product Development, Marketing, External Suppliers, Artwork, Regulatory, QA, Purchasing and Planning teams.

Scope of Work

  • Sample management: Managing incoming and outgoing samples, ensuring samples are labelled accurately for traceability. Circulation of samples for approval. Ensure samples are filed in an organised manner and tracker updated accordingly.
  • Maintaining project tracker document, ensuring latest statuses accurately recorded in a timely manner.
  • Preparation and completion of required project documentation.
  • Progress chase internal and external teams ensuring task completion by required deadlines.
  • Escalate issues promptly to line manager.
  • Minute taking.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required.
