We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a fast-growing, exciting company based in central St Albans. They operate in modern open plan offices with free parking!

We are looking for a capable and experienced administrator who has strong relationship building skills with external contacts.
You will be managing multiple projects at a time & will be comfortable working independently.

Key responsibilities:
· Manage the pipeline of accepted point of connections
· Legal Completion
· Attend Weekly Meetings, minute and assign all actions
· Request and administer quotes
· Communicate with project managers and administer a handover pack to the PMs
· Minute all actions from our internal and external legal teams
· Minute all actions from our internal PM & external Architect meetings
· Liaise with our Power Procurement Team to ensure updates for all future projects are administrated correctly
· Assist in updating Exec reports
· Administrate contractor payments and report on committed spend V’s Actual Spend.

· 2-3 years+ Administration experience
· Experience of managing multiple projects at one time
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· The ability to build good working relationships with work colleagues and external parties
· Excellent attention to detail with a friendly, helpful and ‘can do’ attitude
· Proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
· Proven ability to work on own initiative
· Strong PC literacy including word and excel
· Experience working within the property or construction industry is beneficial
