A recruitment agency is seeking a Project Administrator in Redditch. The role involves managing project schedules, client communication, and delivering administrative support. Job Title: Project Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Redditch, B97
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week (office absed)
Pay Rate: £16.22 per hour (paid weekly)
Contacting clients via telephone to arrange and confirm survey appointments
Managing schedules and updating internal systems with appointment details
Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery
Liaising with internal teams to maintain accurate records and communication
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Strong communication and telephone skills
Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office and similar software)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous administration or customer service experience is desirable
