Job description

Job Title: Project Administrator

Due to company expansion, our client is recruiting permanently for a Project Administrator. Reporting directly to the Operations Director and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, this role is based at the head office in Central London, with regular visits to project sites throughout London and to the plant and equipment storage location in Essex (approximately once a fortnight).

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting project sites with administrative tasks.
  2. Attending live project sites to assist with paperwork.
  3. Raising and confirming receipt of purchase orders.
  4. Scanning and filing delivery notes.
  5. Coordinating with project managers to set up new projects and order site consumables.
  6. Managing documentation and the return of tools and equipment upon project completion.
  7. Ensuring company policies and standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience working on construction sites.
  • Organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
