Project Administrator & Document Controller - London - 12-Months

Our client, a global supplier of pharmaceuticals and vaccines, is recruiting for a Project Administrator & Document Controller to join them on a 12-month contract. Based in London, they are currently implementing a number of OT/Automation projects connected to their digital shopfloor strategy. If you are passionate about advancing healthcare, this is your chance to join a visionary pharmaceutical organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and implement policies and procedures regarding document storage, sharing, transmission, and destruction.
  2. Support problem solving in accessing electronic content.
  3. Perform secretarial duties such as invoice processing, travel reconciliations, expense processing, and diary management.
  4. Ensure the security of systems and the integrity of master documents by implementing access rights and revision controls.
  5. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding data security and document management.
  6. Communicate and consult with staff when assessing, acquiring, or deploying new electronic document management systems to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, especially in capital project management and document management.
  2. Strong collaboration skills.
  3. Experience supporting at director/manager level and supporting multiple team members.
