Where will you be working?

At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives.

We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

This role will be within our Electricity Transmission team. We design, build and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity.

As a Project Administrator, you’ll support our Transmission team working on OHL projects. This role is full-time at our site office in Aberdeenshire.

You’ll;

  • Draft reports, letters, and memos
  • Handle routine correspondence and calls, and take meeting minutes
  • Oversee office tasks like filing, copying, and processing returns
  • Coordinate communications with various sites and offices
  • Support SHEQ site requirements, and assist the Electrical Transmission Tendering & Estimating Department
