Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Huntingdon - Ermine Business Park
Job Type: Full time 37 hours - Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,000-28,000 depending on experience
Working from home: Available after training is complete

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly. You will play a vital role in supporting the team, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring day-to-day administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage general office operations and provide administrative support to departments
  2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  3. Maintain and organize files, databases, and documentation
  4. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and book travel arrangements
  5. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  6. Support with HR, finance, and procurement tasks as required
  7. Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  5. High attention to detail and accuracy
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Professional demeanor and a can-do attitude
