Overview

Branta Recruitment are working with a leading facilities and project services provider to recruit a Project Administrator to join their growing team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual who wants to build a long-term career in project coordination and management. Full training and development will be provided, including opportunities to progress into Project Support & Estimating.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple live projects.
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and tracking of project milestones.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders, and job packs.
  • Liaise with engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and reports.
  • Support the preparation of tenders, cost estimates, and work programs.
  • Assist with document control and compliance administration.
  • Gain exposure to technical systems such as CAD and project planning software.
About You
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office essential; any experience with project or CAFM systems beneficial).
  • Keen to learn and develop within the facilities, maintenance, or construction sector.
  • Previous administration or coordination experience desirable but not essential – full training provided.
