What you'll be doing

As a Project Administrator you will have the following accountabilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service is delivered to allocated team
  • General Admin duties - Minutes of meetings/typing/photocopying/scanning
  • Screen incoming mail, telephone calls and emails on behalf of team and manage all appropriate correspondence
  • Be fully conversant in MS Office to produce a range of spreadsheets, documents and presentations, as required
  • Familiarity with report writing and preparation
  • Ensure Disclosures are up to date and uploaded to system
  • Assist with M-Site requirements

Who we're looking for

The following qualities / experience are required:

  • Secretarial and/or administrative experience
  • Highly organised and able to work on own initiative
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent team working skills, and able to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales
  • Very strong customer focus
  • Excellent typing speed and IT Skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
