We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive Project Administrator to join our Disrepairs Team at PiLON. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of impactful refurbishment projects within the social housing sector. You'll play a key role in supporting our operations while also benefiting from strong opportunities for professional growth and development.

Main Objectives of the role:

  • The Project Admin will be the first point of contact for everyone contacting the site and supporting them as required
  • Provide administrative support to the Site Managers and the rest of the team
  • Liaise with residents andthe site’s teamto effectively deliver on commitments
  • Assistin overseeing the works to ensure they are conducted in a safe manner and meet the specified requirements in terms of cost, quality and timescale
  • Book appointments and manage project trackers
  • Help prepare and review budgets
  • Carry out research in line with the project aim
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Issue allappropriate legalpaperwork (i.e.,contracts and terms of the agreement)

Do you have what it takes?

  • Professional and highly organised with strong time-management skills
  • Good typing skills and strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Word, PowerPoint & Excel, generally IT minded
  • Goodinterpersonal and telephone etiquette manners
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines, change in priorities and work effectively as part of a team
