BACKGROUND:

UK Landscapes has developed a full range of highly professional services for the commercial sector, branded as Project Services. These services support upgrade works, new builds, and environmental projects within the landscaping sector across the United Kingdom.

To support our growth, we are looking to recruit a Project Administrator with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently to support our Delivery team. This is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing companies in an industry poised for significant growth.

As a Project Administrator, you will assist the delivery team in coordinating the works required for the end-to-end delivery of Landscape enhancement, Construction, Fencing, and Sustainability projects across UK sites. You will coordinate UKL’s Delivery team, Sub-contractors, Suppliers, and Clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Project Coordinator, your main focus will be to support the Delivery Team throughout project lifecycles:

  • Collect and correlate project information from our Projects team and input into the project tracker.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the Delivery process and support Project Managers by being a reference point for project information.
  • Monitor the Project Tracker to ensure data accuracy and provide the latest project status updates.
  • Assist in producing tender packs, issuing them, and tracking submissions for tender awards.
  • Create and track project-related Purchase Orders through to completion.
  • Support the Delivery team in communicating with clients and keeping them informed of onsite progress.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid and clean driving license.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Project coordination or administration (or willingness to develop in this area).
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
