Overview

Project Administrator – Location: Office based in Egham | Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm | Salary: £35,000 - £37,000

Our client is a long-established engineering company, with over 20 years' experience delivering major projects at Heathrow Airport. They are now seeking a Project Administrator to join their busy team and provide essential support to ongoing works.

This is a documentation-focused role, where you will be central to ensuring that project information is accurately gathered, collated and maintained in line with company procedures.

Alongside this, the role comes with a clear and structured progression plan, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to grow their career within a stable and highly respected organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collating, generating and uploading project documentation in line with the Company's Integrated Management System.
  • Setting up and maintaining internal project folders.
  • Supporting the Project Delivery Team with the preparation and compilation of mandatory Health & Safety documentation.
  • Taking information from various sources and producing clear, organised records for project use.
  • Recording internal management and delivery meeting minutes.
  • Assisting with logistics bookings when required.
  • General administration tasks, including monitoring deliveries as directed.
  • Supporting the Operations Manager with the maintenance and tracking of facilities and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with excellent attention to detail when working with documentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Project Software Platforms.
  • AutoCAD knowledge is desirable but not essential.

This position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, and is available for an immediate start.
