Job description

Job Title: Project Administrator

Supporting the delivery of our Home Team 27 initiative, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager and stakeholders. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, updating documentation, monitoring budgets and timelines, resolving queries, liaising with contractors, and assisting with procurement, contract management, and invoice processing. You will need excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Record all positions held since leaving education, including HM Forces, with explanations for employment gaps.
  2. Provide employer details: name, address, job title, employment dates, salary, responsibilities, and reasons for leaving.
  3. Complete sections on reasonable adjustments, driving license, vehicle access, and relationships with company staff.
  4. Disclose any convictions or charges, including driving offenses, respecting the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
  5. Confirm eligibility to work in the UK as per the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.
  6. Supply references: names and addresses of two referees, with consent to contact.
  7. Demonstrate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, MS Project, Trello, Asana) and experience in minute-taking, report writing, and documentation management.
  8. Highlight any relevant skills, training, or qualifications, such as a project management certification (PRINCE2, CAPM) and knowledge of risk management or compliance.
  9. Optional: Share other qualifications, skills, or training that may benefit the role.
