A leading service provider in Leicester is seeking a Project Administrator to support the delivery team with site administration, procurement, and client relations. Responsibilities include managing timesheets, requesting supplies, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety. The ideal candidate has strong IT skills and experience in office-based roles. Salary: £26,000 to £32,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
As an Administrator you will be part of our Delivery Team that is responsible for the delivery of all on site works but primary works will be purchase orders, invoicing of works and data collection. You will assist and support the delivery team in all aspects of their duties to ensure we deliver a professional and efficient service to our client.
Reporting to the operations manager and directors within Trenchless Technologies you will be able to confidently manage a busy workload on your own initiative and will adopt a flexible approach to your working day.
This is a full-time permanent role based from our Leicester Office!
Ideally have experience and strong background in office-based, customer-focused roles, supported by solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Organised, self-motivated, confident working with data, familiar with Health and Safety requirements, and bring a professional, flexible, customer-focused approach.
