Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Wells, Somerset
Job hours: Monday - Friday / 9:00am-5:00pm
Job Type: Temporary (Approx. 8 weeks)
Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour

HRGO Recruitment are proud to partner with a leading client based in Wells, specialising in bespoke solutions for all kinds of production. With an impressive portfolio of partnerships with leading brands like Netflix, Disney, and Amazon, our client is at the front of the film and media industry.

They are currently seeking an adaptable and quick-learning Project Administrator to join their dynamic team and support an exciting new project.

General Duties:
  1. Assist in conducting research related to production projects, gathering and analysing information to support project development.
  2. Organise and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure work flows are streamlined and effective.
  4. Submit planning applications in relation to new projects.
Requirements:
  1. Previous administration experience is required.
  2. Must be confident conducting research and using initiative.
  3. Happy to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  4. Must be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Competent using all Microsoft packages.
