Job description

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator to be part of our landmark development at Central Quay, Cardiff. This is a fixed-term contract until July 26, based on-site at the historic former Brains Brewery site.

Your Role:

As Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our site team, including Construction Directors, Project Managers, and Site Managers, ensuring smooth operations and positive interactions across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site team
  • Maintain accurate and accessible project records and documentation
  • Coordinate site visitors and manage communications
  • Support general site presentation and organisation
  • Attend site meetings and produce clear, professional minutes
  • Manage stationery supplies and maintain the subcontractor directory

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within construction or property development
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
