Working alongside the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be central to contract administration, financial processes, and keeping accurate records across a varied project portfolio.

The Role

You’ll be a proactive member of the team, responsible for:

  • Supporting the commercial team and board with finance and admin tasks
  • Preparing and updating payment applications and certificates for clients and subcontractors
  • Managing contracts, NDAs, and change control documentation
  • Handling client queries and keeping financial systems accurate
  • Liaising with finance to ensure invoices and payments are correct and timely
  • Supporting commercial policies, procedures, and performance tracking
About You

You’ll have experience in project, commercial, or contract support roles and be ready to hit the ground running.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities confidently
  • Proactive, organised, and team-focused approach
  • Solid IT skills (MS Office and finance/project systems)
