Our client based in Buckingham is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join them for 4 months on a temporary basis. The position will be full time 35 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work hybrid 1-2 days from home per week.

Key Skills Required

  • Communicates project updates, schedules, and relevant information to team members, stakeholders, and external parties, ensuring clear and consistent communication channels throughout the project life cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, to foster a positive team environment and motivates team members to work together towards project goals with enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of project support
  • Contribute to decision-making processes by providing relevant information, insights, and recommendations to support project outcomes and objectives.
  • Organising meetings electronic and face to face
  • Collecting papers for agendas and circulation of papers for meetings and taking minutes.
  • Follow up on outstanding actions from key meetings.
  • Assist in the administration of various feedback tools.
  • Assist with planning.
  • Organise venues.
  • Keep the project calendar up to date.
  • Monitor and respond to email enquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports and documentation.
  • Control formal transmission of documentation transmission and receipt
  • PA duties for the project team, including diary management, presentation design and proof reading.
  • Support the Project Management team and providing effective general administrative and secretarial support.

Experience And Knowledge Required

  • Good IT and MS office skills
  • Excellent planning, organisational and prioritising skills
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain a professional and confident approach at all times.
  • Proactive and able to think ahead to anticipate issues, manage own workload and able to use initiative.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and effective at all times whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and pick up new tasks with ease.
  • Ability to display a high level of sensitivity, discretion, and maintaining confidentiality.
