Project Administrator - Bristol, UK

Position: Project Administrator

Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgewater

  • Organize diaries, schedule meetings, and manage attendance via Outlook for SPM & PM.
  • Attend meetings, draft and distribute minutes to all team members.
  • Maintain records of actions and ensure their timely completion.
  • Manage and route office communications, letters, and documents to appropriate recipients promptly.
  • Prepare, print, and file records to keep them up-to-date and accessible.
  • Collate, update, and manage information according to documentation protocols and systems (SAP, CEMAR, ProArc, Teamcenter, SharePoint).
  • Support the Leadership and Management teams with ongoing project activities and ad hoc requirements.
