Job description

Main Purpose of the Job

Based primarily in our Manchester or Birmingham office as part of a wider business support administration team, you will provide administrative support to project managers and their wider teams within Pell Frischmann. As part of your responsibilities, you are required to undertake general administrator duties to support the wider business. The role will also be to supporting other teams in different locations remotely. Flexible working arrangements will be at the discretion of/agreed with your line manager.

Main duties
  • Provide support to project directors and project managers
  • Prepare job setup documentation
  • Manage and keep up to date Project Management Plans
  • Project document control including archiving
  • Preparation and submission of project invoices
  • Application for Payments
  • Track progress of invoices until paid and keep PM notified
  • Preparation, formatting, and presentation of project documents
  • Supporting teams with bid activities when required
  • Assist in ensuring H&S requirements are met by project team
  • Maintain compliance with all projects related BMS requirements
