Are you an organised, proactive Project Administrator looking to join a friendly and professional team? We are seeking a Project Administrator with 2-3 years of experience in project administration and/or document control to support a busy team with the delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, office-based role in Bristol offers stability and the opportunity to develop your administrative career while playing a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the administrative function for projects including coordination of pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), updating project databases, preparing meeting minutes and reports, and arranging surveys

Managing document control, ensuring emails and attachments are filed accurately in relevant project folders

Arranging meetings for project teams and supporting them in tracking and meeting deadlines

Managing project databases and resource trackers with inputs from project and management teams

Responding to external client queries where appropriate and tracking actions to completion

Supporting document control for tender and design submissions

Assisting in maintaining administrative processes for quality and safety certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)

Booking travel for site visits in the UK and Europe and for team members as needed

Balancing planned work with ad-hoc requests, managing expectations effectively through clear communication

Liaising with management support teams and administrators across the company to ensure smooth communication

Providing additional administrative support where required

What we're looking for:

2-3 years of experience in project administration and/or document control

Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High levels of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism

Strong accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to organise and prioritise effectively in a busy environment

A proactive mindset with the confidence to ask questions and clarify requirements

Salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
