We are seeking a detail-driven Temporary Administrator to support our client in Rolleston!

Duration : 6–8 Week Assignment

Immediate start - ideally Tuesday 8th July

Part-Time : 20hrs / Week

Location : Based in Christchurch, Rolleston

Hourly rate : $28 per hour

Start Date : Tuesday 8th July

About the role :

This role plays a crucial part in verifying and activating employee profiles inclient'spayroll system.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Move confidential remediation letters into individual employee folders
  • Monitor remediation inbox
  • Review external web form submissions and load or reactivate employee profiles in Datapay
  • Update and track payment statuses in the master spreadsheet
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed

What we are looking for :

  • Sharp eye for detail with excellent database management skills
  • Ability to stay organised and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in HR, payroll, or database systems is highly desirable
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
