  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to finance team members on the new system, including creating user guides and conducting training sessions.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the development of a suite of approximately 50 finance reports, working closely with Iceland's strategic partner to ensure that they are fit for purpose and ready for go-live.
  • Drive World-Class Reporting Practices: Identify opportunities for new reports to streamline working practices and support better decision making within the finance function.
  • Workstream Ownership: Lead the reporting workstream, liaising closely with Iceland's strategic partner to ensure alignment and progress against the plan.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the new system processes and procedures.
  • Accuracy: Ensure all reports are either sourced directly from or reconcile to the finance system.
