Sewell Wallis is working in partnership with a global professional services company based in central Leeds to recruit a motivated and ambitious Financial Accountant.

As a Financial Accountant, you'll take on a blend of core accounting responsibilities and sector-specific finance tasks, while also supporting key project work focused on streamlining processes. What will you be doing?

  • Producing management accounts across five business units
  • Preparing statutory accounts at year-end
  • Carrying out reconciliations
  • Completing UK VAT returns
  • Managing inter-company recharges
  • Supporting month-end processes and journal entries
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders across global teams
  • Driving improvements in daily financial processes
