A consulting company in Southampton is seeking a Progressive Development Consultant to support the management of Digital Programmes in healthcare. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital transformations and be educated to a master's level. Responsibilities include overseeing operations and providing implementation guidance across various projects. This role offers a supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance.
The Progressive Development Consultant will work as part of a dynamic team to deliver new intelligent hospitals. This role is key to ensuring the digital transformation ambition embodied in plans is realised in trust business cases and implementation plans. The role supports the client in driving transformation and innovation as well as value for money in new hospital development across planning, commissioning, and service delivery. The role is designed to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery.
